This has got to be the best Christmas I've ever had.
Although technically I'm referring to the days leading to Christmas and not the actual day :P
During the whole period of song sign camp and extra practices and the actual days of performances, I was really able to witness the RSPHI spirit and it touched my heart.
All the efforts being put in by our batch, the seniors and the super seniors alike, it's a very warm feeling.
RSPHI is more than just a CCA.
It's like a family to all of us and this is something I wish to see carried down for the following generations as well :)
Time really flies pass when you're having fun.
I remember when we were (or I was) complaining about the multiple lengthy practices we had.
How I wished I could have been somewhere slacking instead of having to spend so many days of my holiday still in school.
Grumbling about the food and just about everything.
Having fun playing around with formation.
Perfecting signs to be firm and on the tempo.
Laughing and fooling around.
Spamming photos (god, that's seriously a lot of them, glam and unglam).
And the performances were just so short.
I must say all our hard work paid off because each and everyone of us were awesome.
Sure, we made mistakes here and there but the mood was there.
The ambience :D
Really, how can one join RSPHI and simply not go for Christmas Song Sign!
That's like the highlight of everything :P
Though, well, tuition hasn't started but it doesn't seem more appealing than these.
I want to extend my thanks to whoever came down to support us!
The crowd who went down specially for us and also those who stopped in their tracks to watch our performances.
Hulkies, Fishie, Joan and sister, Kallangers unable to join the performance!
You guys are a big part of what made us enjoy our performances even so with your applause and presence ^^
I was saying how I would totally hate Last Christmas after song sign.
But of course, I could never.
It was my favourite Christmas song and it would be ever more so :)
Don't even attempt to stop me from signing the next time I hear it haha.
Although song sign did expose me to various other Christmassy songs which I realised are super nice too!
Melodies of Christmas, Beautiful Christmas, Five More Days Til Christmas, Extraordinary Merry Christmas, This Gift, Perfect Christmas, Christmas Must Be Something More, It's Not Christmas Without You, We Need A Little Christmas and of course my favourite song sign performance I watched from youtube in courtesy of WSC PnP, It's Christmas In My Heart.
I think I'm gonna continue listening to these songs throughout the whole year hahaha please bear with me.
Next year I'm so gonna join senior song sign :D
So much fun promised.
I can almost die from that excitement right now hahaha.
I'm gonna recruit juniors to join RSPHI during PFOC and IgC if I managed to sign up as SA.
Hehe.
Only thinking of play and no work.
I can work hard after I've played hard! xP
As an ending note, this is what the seniors gave us after our last performance.
MEGA LIKE!
It's already gorgeous and there's more inside.
Every senior wrote super long messages for us and decorated the bottles to be super pretty~
Best part lies underneath the cap with all our baby photos they scammed us of saying it's to be included in our publicity video haha.
Super cute and sweetness overload please!
Our gift and (especially) the messages pale so much in comparison, I hate to say.
But hope the seniors liked 'em too :)
We gave them glass photo frames and they gave us glass bottles with photos, both loaded with messages.
I guess that's a kind of chemistry too? ;)
