On the first day of 2013, JJESY+KM went out for a date at Table Manners @CCP! ^^
Love the surroundings there, we didn't get a chance to go inside the restaurant but the outside was done up nicely as well.
We sat beside the POND I was talking about~
A very cozy woody pavilion kinda place.
Next time I wanna go take a look at the interior and take more photos!
The method of ordering food here is interesting or maybe I've been less in and out of restaurants so I haven't seen it before.
Food is separated to staples, vegetables, meat and seafood and the price would depend on how many staple/vegetables and meat/seafood you order.
I ordered two staple/vegetables and one meat/seafood, which I would believe is the most popular choice!
Pork cutlet + grilled asparagus with bacon + potato wedges added up to a total of $15.80 inclusive of GST and service charge.
Very satisfied with the choices I made! :D
Portions also very satisfying, which was rather surprising as I'd thought it would the quality they emphasize on, turns out it's more of both.
Truffle fries was the major disappointment of the day because we'd all thought they went a little too heavy on the salt.
But I don't any of us had tried truffle fries before and I didn't taste any distinct 'truffle' flavours in the fries so I might just try it again.
After the sumptuous meal we parted ways with the couple and went to explore the rooftop garden of CCP.
Although the sun was out and big we couldn't miss a chance to sit on this erm, haha omg I don't know what to call this x.x

After we finally couldn't take the heat we settled down at what seems to be becoming our usual place at CCP, the area outside the pet shop.
Great place to just chill and talk crap~
Wonderful start to the new year.
I'm hoping for more of these days in the future though it would be quite hard with the some of us separated and all of us so busy.
Must set aside time for me okay!
And I want to go back to Table Manners again~

Hello there. I go by the name of Yee Ching in the rare occasions I get out of my room to try to get myself to live like the normal earthlings out there.
